Appointments:
All services require an advance appointment. We do not take walk-ins. You may book an appointment by calling us at (727) 442-2962, or book directly online by clicking the "Book Now" button on the side bar. We generally recommend you book your appointments at least 3-4 days in advance, but are occasionally able to book last-minute appointments. If this is your first appointment here, you will be asked to provide a credit card number or gift certificate number to hold your appointment. We will not charge your card at this time, but you will be charged if you are a no-show or last-minute cancelation.
Time of Arrival:
Please plan on arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to take care of any personal needs and fill out our intake form if this is your first visit. We ask that you refrain from arriving more than 10 minutes before your appointment time in order not to disturb services already in progress.
Please do not bring friends, pets or children to your appointment as we are not equipped to deal with extra traffic in the waiting area. Also, avoid wearing excessive amounts of jewelry to your appointments as you will be asked to remove them during your service. We are not resposible for lost belongings.
Cancelation Policy:
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
12 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 12 hours advance notice you will be charged the a cancellation fee of $50 per hour of missed service. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without notice will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment if we have their credit card on file. If the appointment was booked using a gift certificate, the gift certificate will be forfeit.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the original “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Please turn off all cell phones and pagers upon arrival and speak softly in all areas of the spa. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to receive services.

Julien Zambrano: Spa Assistant, Licensed Nail Technician.
Julien has been supporting Colette at the spa since 2021. He is usually the person you talk to on the phone when you call us. He Studied Nail Technology at IAB in Largo, Fl, graduating in October of 2022. He is a customer favorite due to his gentle and meticulous approach to nail services and his friendly & outgoing personality.
